Outside work and reading

I have obtained the new book Allegiant that I read for 4 hours
And
I spent an hour and half on work outside work for English

The 3 stories I have read were very interesting, the one that was the most bold and stood out the most was the Black Veil, it was different creepy and fascinating all at once. It focused on the black veil so much it was almost like it was alive, how the narrator described every detail of it. This story was amazing and I received good ideas on how to put more vivid imagery in it. The next story I read was an Occurrence at Owl Creek. This story became very physiological at the end, when he ended be hung by the neck and dead, instead of escaping and returning home. Since I love physiological twist at the end of movies, I love at the end of books too. The last story I read was Ernest Hemmingway’s "Hills like White Elephants". As  a big Hemmingway fan I wanted to make sure I read this story. I found it really interesting and never clearly stated what they are talking about. Lastly, I liked going into the story knowing what they were talking about and recognizing it through the man and woman’s conversation.
