3 Ways To Decrease Split Ends, and Increase Hair Growth

Naturally as a girl I want my hair to be long. I have been trying for two years to grow my hair out, but it has not been working. I tried putting kertain in my hair so I would not have to use as much heat on it, only to find that my hair was thinning. I then talked to my hairdresser for tips to help my hair grow. I found these most useful.

  1. Round Brushing When Drying~ Obviously flat ironing your hair everyday is not healthy for your hair. It creates split ends and makes your hair look unhealthy. I being a curly head person like my hair straight, so it is almost always necessary to straighten my hair everyday. But, I found out that if I round brush my hair with a blowdryer, it is as straight as a bored, and my hair looks healthier for a longer period of time as well.
  2. Vitamin B-1000~ Vitamin B is the vitamin that helps your hair and nails grow longer, stronger, and faster. Using Vitamin B in the necessary dosage can help prevent your hair from getting split ends. Which if you have fine hair, like me this method is great!
  3. Receiving hair trims frequently~ Getting hair trims once every two months, keeps the split ends away, and healthy hair to stay! If you get a quarter inch off every two months,  you are cutting off all the split ends, and keeping the healthy hair. So, that way your hair grows faster, looks healthier, and also perceives the image of thicker fuller hair!

  1. Kaylin, I really enjoy reading your blog. Make sure you have the required posts for each week, though. I don't see the dialogue from 9/9 or either of this week's required posts.
